Contest Rules

To participate in the Sledder's Choice Newsletter contest you must:

Be a subscriber of "Snowmobiling Rocks Monthly Newsletter".

Be at least 18 years of age.

Be a resident of Ontario.

The contest is open to individuals but not to corporate entities. Employees of Believer Plus Insurance and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited.

If you are selected as a contest winner, you agree that Believer Plus Insurance may post your name and the city you live in on the Sledderschoice.ca Website.

Each entrant shall indemnify, defend, and hold Believer Plus harmless from any third party claims arising from or related to that entrant's participation in the Contest. In no event shall Believer Plus be liable to an entrant for acts or omissions arising out of or related to the Contest or that entrant's participation in the Contest.

Odds of winning depend on the number and quality of entries received. No prize substitution is permitted.

Notification

The winning entry will be announced on the Sledderschoice.ca website by Believer Plus Insurance Brokers Limited on March 1^st, 2007. Following the announcement, the winner will be notified by e-mail. Winners have 14 days from notification to claim the prize. Prize may be claimed by return e-mail. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.
